beforethejob.app is a career intelligence platform built around one idea: you should be able to learn what working for a manager is actually like, and what a job really pays, before you accept the offer — not after.

We combine anonymous manager reviews, public wage data, and anonymous offer submissions into structured ratings, compensation benchmarks, and AI-assisted offer analysis. Reviewer identity is never shown publicly, and we apply moderation rules designed to keep feedback honest, specific, and fair.
